RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

When you shop with Inner Spice, we are confident that we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below.

Refund for Change of Mind – 14 Days

We offer an exchange or refund for Change of Mind within 14 days of delivery of product, with the exception of consumable and perishable products (which includes the Spice Collection Boxes and Spice Blends). These Change of Mind limits do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Consumer Guarantees (refer Terms and Conditions at checkout) or otherwise as required by law.

The refund or exchange for Change of Mind will be subject to the items being returned in a saleable condition, that is:

- the item is returned in its original packaging and as sold;

- the item is returned unused;

- an image of the item is provided prior to its return; and

- any return post, shipping, or courier fee is paid for by the consumer, with any relevant insurance cover to protect the product’s return.

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Inner Spice. If you believe an item or services is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.

However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. 

Refund Method for Change of Mind

We offer a refund in the form of a credit note to the value of the product (excluding any shipping fee) for use across our online store.

Refund for Damaged items - 7 days

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

Report the Issue – Please email us at rutchi@innerspice.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the unpackaged item showing the damage.

Return the Products – Once we review your claim, we will provide return instructions. The damaged item must be sent back to us before a refund is issued.

Refund Processing – Once we receive the returned item(s), a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we do our best to get your products to you in the quickest – and safest – way possible. Every order is carefully packed with love and sent on its way as soon as possible.

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our trusted couriers. While they work hard to deliver on time, there can occasionally be unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens – because let’s be honest, none of us like waiting longer than we have to!
